Ingredients for - Shredded Apple Pork

1. MUSSELMAN'S® Apple Butter - 1 cup
2. MUSSELMAN'S® Apple Cider Vinegar - ¼ cup
3. Brown sugar - ¼ cup
4. Garlic, minced - 2 tablespoons
5. Whole grain Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
6. Salt - 1 teaspoon
7. Pepper - 1 teaspoon
8. Apples, cored and chopped - 2 medium
9. Onion, chopped - 1 medium
10. Boneless pork chops - 6

How to cook deliciously - Shredded Apple Pork

1. Stage

In small bowl, whisk together apple butter, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.

2. Stage

Place chopped apples and onions in slow cooker. Add pork chops and pour apple butter mixture over top.

3. Stage

Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours, covered. Shred pork with two forks in cooker, and let meat marinate on low in sauce for 20 minutes, uncovered. Serve warm over rice or mashed potatoes.
