Finely chop the onion.

Grate carrots on a fine grater.

Boil dried mushrooms until tender.

Fry onion and carrot in vegetable oil. Add mushrooms, fry. Salt and pepper. Let cool.

Cut the eggs in half, take out the yolks.

Grate the yolks on a fine grater. Chop the mushrooms, onions and carrots in a blender. Add the yolks, herbs and mayonnaise and mix.
