1. Butter, melted 4 tablespoons
2. Bay scallops, rinsed and drained 1 ½ pounds
3. Seasoned dry bread crumbs ½ cup
4. Grated Parmesan cheese ¼ cup
5. Garlic, minced 3 cloves
6. Onion Powder 1 teaspoon
7. Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
8. Paprika ½ teaspoon
9. Dried parsley ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Baked Scallops

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Pour melted butter into a 2-quart oval casserole dish; add scallops and spread to form an even layer.

3 . Stage

Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and parsley together in a small bowl: sprinkle over the scallops.

Bake scallops in the preheated oven until firm, about 20 minutes.
