Ingredients for - Garlic Penne Pasta

1. Penne pasta - 1 (16 ounce) package
2. Olive oil, divided - ¼ cup
3. Garlic, chopped - 3 cloves
4. Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (Optional) - 2
5. Dried parsley - 1 tablespoon
6. Crushed red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
7. Black pepper - ½ teaspoon
8. Grated Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Garlic Penne Pasta

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain, and return to pot.

2. Stage

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and parsley for about 1 minute. Season with red pepper flakes and black pepper. Stir into cooked pasta, along with remaining olive oil. Top with Parmesan.
