Ingredients for - Garlic Mashed Cauliflower

1. Cauliflower, cut into florets - 1 head
2. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
3. Garlic, smashed - 1 clove
4. Grated Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup
5. Reduced-fat cream cheese - 1 tablespoon
6. Kosher salt - ½ teaspoon
7. Freshly ground black pepper - ⅛ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Garlic Mashed Cauliflower

1. Stage

Place a steamer insert into a saucepan; fill with water just below the bottom of the steamer. Bring water to a boil; add cauliflower, cover, and steam until tender, about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat; cook and stir garlic until softened, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
