2. Italian sausage links, cut into 2-inch pieces - 2 pounds
3. Olive oil - ¼ cup
4. Potatoes, peeled and thickly sliced - 4 large
5. Green bell peppers, seeded and cut into wedges - 2 large
6. Red bell peppers, seeded and cut into wedges - 2 large
7. Onions, cut into wedges - 3 large
8. White wine - ½ cup
9. Chicken stock - ½ cup
10. Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
11. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
