Ingredients for - Slow Cooker Cuban Pork

1. Boneless pork loin, trimmed and silver skin removed - 1 (5 pound)
2. Orange juice (such as Simply®) - 1 cup
3. Lime juice - ½ cup
4. Lemon juice - ½ cup
5. Whole black peppercorns - 14
6. Onion, finely chopped - 1 large
7. Garlic, peeled and pressed - 1 head
8. Kosher salt - 2 tablespoons
9. Kosher salt - 1 teaspoon
10. Dried oregano - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Cuban Pork

1. Stage

Cut pork loin into 3 equal pieces.

2. Stage

Turn a slow cooker to Low. Add orange juice, lime juice, lemon juice, and peppercorns, then add onion.

3. Stage

Mix garlic, salt, and oregano into a paste and rub all over pork pieces. Place pork in the slow cooker.

4. Stage

Cook on Low until pork is slightly pink in the center, 9 to 10 hours. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Pull apart meat with 2 forks and let sit for 1 hour before serving.
