How to cook deliciously - White fish rolls with crab stuffing

Rinse and dry white fish fillets with paper towel.

Prepare the filling. Slice the crab sticks.

Mix all the ingredients for the filling, season with salt and Worcester sauce and pepper. Place the filling on each fillet of white fish and one clove of garlic in each fillet and roll up. Secure with roll rings or wooden skewers.

Put the rolls in a fireproof baking dish. Mix the lemon juice, tandoori masala, oil and thyme in a bowl. Brush each roll with the mixture.

I had leftover stuffing, so I put it in the form, too. I put two sprigs of rosemary on top. I only had large skewers, so I broke them off before I put them in the oven. Now cover everything with foil and put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 C.
