2. Soft nectarines, or as needed 3 cups
3. White sugar (Optional) ½ cup
4. Cornstarch 3 tablespoons
5. Vanilla extract (Optional) 1 teaspoon
6. Whole wheat flour 1 cup
7. Brown sugar ½ cup
8. Extra-virgin coconut oil ¼ cup
9. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
10. Ground cinnamon (Optional) ½ teaspoon

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch baking pan.
