1. Soft peaches, or as needed - 3 cups
2. Soft nectarines, or as needed - 3 cups
3. White sugar (Optional) - ½ cup
4. Cornstarch - 3 tablespoons
5. Vanilla extract (Optional) - 1 teaspoon
6. Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
7. Brown sugar - ½ cup
8. Extra-virgin coconut oil - ¼ cup
9. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
10. Ground cinnamon (Optional) - ½ teaspoon
11. Salt - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Peach and Nectarine Crumble

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch baking pan.

Boil peaches and nectarines 1 fruit at a time in a pot until very soft, about 30 seconds each. Let cool until ready to handle. Peel, core, and chop into bite-sized pieces.

Mix the fruit, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl. Pour into the prepared pan.
