1. Chopped green olives - ¾ cup
2. Chopped kalamata olives - ¾ cup
3. Crumbled Gorgonzola cheese - ½ cup
4. Chopped macadamia nuts - ¾ cup
5. Chopped fresh basil leaves - 5 tablespoons
6. Roma (plum) tomatoes, seeded and chopped - 4
7. Red bell pepper, chopped - 1
8. Chopped fresh garlic - 3 ½ tablespoons
9. Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
10. Salt to taste - 2 tablespoons
11. Ground black pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons
12. Grape leaves packed in brine - 1 (8 ounce) jar

How to cook deliciously - Gorgonzola and Olive Stuffed Grape Leaves

1. Stage

In a bowl, mix the green olives, kalamata olives, Gorgonzola cheese, macadamia nuts, basil, tomatoes, bell pepper, garlic, and brown sugar. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Stage

Lay each grape leaf flat, and place a heaped tablespoonful of the olive and Gorgonzola mixture in the center. Fold or roll the leaves around the mixture. Chill until serving.
