1. Seashell pasta - 2 cups
2. Brown sugar - ¼ cup
3. Creamy salad dressing (e.g. Miracle Whip) - 1 cup
4. Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
5. Distilled white vinegar - 1 tablespoon
6. Salt - 1 pinch
7. Chopped celery - 2 cups
8. Chopped green bell pepper - ½ cup
9. Onion, chopped - 1
10. Boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces - 3
11. Cashew halves - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Chicken Cashew Salad

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain and rinse with cold water.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, salad dressing, lemon juice, vinegar, and salt. Toss dressing mixture with cooked pasta, celery, green pepper, onion, and chicken. Chill until ready to serve. Mix in cashews just before serving.
