Ingredients for - Pasta and Beans

1. Extra virgin olive oil - 1 ½ tablespoons
2. Onion, chopped - 1
3. Tomatoes, chopped - 2
4. Cannellini beans - 1 (15 ounce) can
5. Penne pasta - 2 cups
6. Salt to taste - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Pasta and Beans

1. Stage

In a medium size saucepan heat the olive oil. Saute onion until tender. Stir in tomatoes and entire can of beans. Let simmer for 10 minutes.

2. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

3. Stage

Mix pasta with bean mixture and salt as desired.
