1. Tomatillos, husked - 8
2. Shallots - 3
3. Garlic, peeled - 2 cloves
4. Chopped green chile peppers - 1 (4 ounce) can
5. Chopped fresh cilantro - ¼ cup
6. Fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded - 1
7. Salt to taste - 1

How to cook deliciously - Green Salsa

1. Stage

In a food processor, place tomatillos, shallots, garlic, green chile peppers, cilantro, jalapeno pepper and salt. Using the pulse setting, coarsely chop. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving.
