1. Mayonnaise - ½ cup
2. Extra virgin olive oil - ¼ cup
3. Grated Parmesan cheese - 3 tablespoons
4. Blue cheese salad dressing - 2 tablespoons
5. Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
6. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
7. Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
8. Dry mustard - ½ teaspoon
9. Worcestershire sauce - 4 dashes
10. Hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®) - 2 dashes
11. Cayenne pepper - 1 pinch
12. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 pinch
13. Anchovy paste - ¼ teaspoon

1. Stage

Beat together mayonnaise, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, blue cheese dressing, vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper, and anchovy paste in a bowl until well blended.
