1. Butter - ½ cup
2. Olive oil - ¼ cup
3. Garlic powder - 1 tablespoon
4. Sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 cup
5. Frozen raw crawfish - 1 pound
6. Chopped green onion - 1 cup
7. Grated Parmesan cheese - ½ cup
8. Minced fresh parsley - ¼ cup
9. Half-and-half - 1 cup
10. Crushed red pepper - 1 teaspoon
11. Creole-style seasoning - 1 teaspoon
12. Salt to taste - 1 teaspoon
13. Ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Tammi's Crawfish Etoufee

1. Stage

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat butter and olive oil together. Saute garlic powder and mushrooms until mushrooms are tender; about 3 to 5 minutes.

Add crawfish and onions. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes.
