1. Butter ½ cup
2. Olive oil ¼ cup
3. Garlic powder 1 tablespoon
4. Sliced fresh mushrooms 1 cup
5. Frozen raw crawfish 1 pound
6. Chopped green onion 1 cup
7. Grated Parmesan cheese ½ cup
8. Minced fresh parsley ¼ cup
9. Half-and-half 1 cup
10. Crushed red pepper 1 teaspoon
11. Creole-style seasoning 1 teaspoon
12. Salt to taste 1 teaspoon
13. Ground black pepper to taste 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Tammi's Crawfish Etoufee

1 . Stage

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat butter and olive oil together. Saute garlic powder and mushrooms until mushrooms are tender; about 3 to 5 minutes.

Add crawfish and onions. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in Parmesan cheese, parsley, and half and half. Simmer for 5 minutes and stir in crushed red pepper and Creole seasoning. Salt and pepper to taste.
