1. Butter - 1 cup
2. Confectioners' sugar - ½ cup
3. All-purpose flour - 2 ¼ cups
4. Chopped walnuts - ¾ cup
5. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
6. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
7. Confectioners' sugar for decoration - ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Russian Tea Cakes III

1. Stage

Combine all ingredients, mix well.

2. Stage

Refrigerate dough until chilled.

3. Stage

Roll dough into 1 inch balls and bake for 15 minutes in a preheated 350 degree F (175 degrees C) oven.

4. Stage

Once baked, roll while still hot in confectioners' sugar until coated. Let cool. Lightly dust with more confectioners' sugar.
