1. Nonstick cooking spray -
2. Ground beef - 1 pound
3. Ground pork - 1 pound
4. Mushrooms, minced - 6 medium
5. Onion, diced - ½ medium
6. Shredded mozzarella cheese - ½ cup
7. Egg - 1 large
8. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
9. Dried oregano - 1 tablespoon
10. Dried basil - 1 ½ teaspoons
11. Salt - 1 teaspoon
12. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
13. Red pepper flakes (Optional) - 1 pinch
14. Bacon, cut in half - 6 slices
15. Tomato sauce - 2 cups
16. Reduced-sugar ketchup - 3 tablespoons
17. Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
18. Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
19. Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
20. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Low-Carb Bacon-Wrapped Meatloaf

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

Mix together ground beef, ground pork, mushrooms, onion, mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl until well combined. Form into a loaf shape and place in the middle of the prepared baking dish.

Mix together tomato sauce, ketchup, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for sauce in a small bowl; pour over the meatloaf. Place bacon slices on top of the meatloaf.

Bake, uncovered, in the preheated oven until bacon is cooked and meatloaf is no longer pink in the center, about 45 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
