Ingredients for - Curry Mashed Potatoes

1. Baking potatoes, peeled and cubed - 5 cups
2. Milk - ¾ cup
3. Unsalted butter - 2 tablespoons
4. Curry powder - 2 teaspoons
5. Salt - 1 teaspoon
6. Ground turmeric - ½ teaspoon
7. Garlic powder - ½ teaspoon
8. Onion Powder - ½ teaspoon
9. Ground coriander - ¼ teaspoon
10. Cayenne pepper - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Curry Mashed Potatoes

1. Stage

Place potatoes into a pot and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil at medium-high heat and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.

2. Stage

Remove potatoes from heat and drain. Place potatoes back in the hot pot. Add milk, butter, curry powder, salt, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, coriander, and cayenne pepper.

3. Stage

Mash potatoes with a potato masher until smooth and seasoning is evenly distributed.
