4. Cider vinegar 1 teaspoon
5. Gluten-free all-purpose baking flour 2 ½ cups
6. Xanthan gum 2 teaspoons
7. Salt 1 teaspoon
8. White sugar 1 tablespoon
9. Active dry yeast 1 tablespoon

1 . Stage

Place water, eggs, oil, vinegar, flour, xanthan gum, salt, sugar, and yeast, in that order, in a bread machine.

2 . Stage

Run Basic cycle and select Light or Medium for the crust.
