2. Eggs - 2 large
3. Vegetable oil - 1 ½ tablespoons
4. Cider vinegar - 1 teaspoon
5. Gluten-free all-purpose baking flour - 2 ½ cups
6. Xanthan gum - 2 teaspoons
7. Salt - 1 teaspoon
8. White sugar - 1 tablespoon
9. Active dry yeast - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Gluten-Free Bread in a Bread Machine

1. Stage

Place water, eggs, oil, vinegar, flour, xanthan gum, salt, sugar, and yeast, in that order, in a bread machine.

2. Stage

Run Basic cycle and select Light or Medium for the crust.

Remove when cycle ends. Cool completely before slicing.
