2. Turkey kielbasa, cut into bite-size pieces - 2 (16 ounce) packages
3. Diced onion - ½ cup
4. Lager-style beer - 1 cup
5. Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
6. Dijon mustard, or to taste - 1 tablespoon
7. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir kielbasa and onion in hot oil until the onion begins to soften, about 5 minutes.

Gently whisk beer, brown sugar, and mustard together in a bowl; pour into the skillet.
