1. Cooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined without tail 2 pounds
2. Green bell pepper, finely chopped 1
3. Red bell pepper, finely chopped 1
4. Garlic, minced 5 cloves
5. Sweet onion, diced 1
6. Chopped fresh cilantro 1
7. Avocado - peeled, pitted and diced 1
8. Salt and pepper to taste 1
9. Olive oil ½ cup
10. Chili pepper flakes ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Cold Shrimp Salad

1 . Stage

Place shrimp in a large mixing bowl with red and green bell peppers, garlic, onion, cilantro, and avocado. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to develop. Serve chilled.
