Prepare the vegetables. In the heated olive oil we put chopped garlic and after a minute, when it gives its aroma to the oil, we put oregano and onion, randomly chopped. Let the onion glaze and put the vegetables in. I did not fry, but more to simmer until tender. Salt to taste. I have vegetables: carrots, fresh green peas, zucchini and green beans.

Cut the sausage into small cubes and put it in the cooked vegetables. We only heat it for one minute, mixing it with the vegetables. Done.

Simultaneously cook hard vermicelli (pasta) in salted water. Toss them in a colander, let the water drain and put them back in the pot. Spread generously with butter.

It is better to make the casserole in a ceramic form or lay the form of baking oiled paper. I have a rectangular form with sides of 22 cm and 14 cm and a height of 5 cm. I greased it with butter and sprinkled it with breadcrumbs.

Prepare the egg casserole for baking. Three eggs in a bowl, pour milk and salt to taste. Use a whisk to combine and beat a little.

Visually divide the vermicelli and dressing in half. Place a bottom layer of vermicelli, pour half of the dressing all around it. Place two slices of sandwich cheese on it.

Next, the vegetables and sausage. We put enough vegetables to put more cheese and the rest of the vermicelli in the mold. I didn't have all the veggies left over. Vermicelli-top layer and pour the rest of the filling all over the mold again.
