1. Packed brown sugar 1 cup
2. Buttermilk ½ cup
3. Shortening ½ cup
4. Honey ¼ cup
5. Egg 1
6. All-purpose flour 2 cups
7. Baking soda 1 teaspoon
8. Baking powder ½ teaspoon
9. Salt ¼ teaspoon
10. Semisweet chocolate chips 2 cups
11. Chopped white chocolate 1 cup

1 . Stage

Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, buttermilk, shortening, honey, and egg. Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir in chocolate chips and chopped white chocolate.

Drop dough by level 1/4 cupfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
