1. Stage
Remove the skin of persimmons, remove pips, if any. Put the pulp in the bowl of a food processor, add a banana, cut into pieces.

Pour the orange juice into the bowl. Ideally use freshly squeezed orange juice, but you can also get good quality bagged orange juice.

Add honey and cinnamon.
