2. Fresh basil leaves, chopped - 1 bunch
3. Extra-virgin olive oil - 1 ½ cups
4. Heirloom tomatoes, diced - 5
5. Mini fresh mozzarella balls, diced - 1 (8 ounce) container
6. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 (8 ounce) container

Combine balsamic vinegar and basil in a bowl. Pour in olive oil slowly while whisking constantly.
