1. Ripe beefsteak tomato, cut into 6 slices - 1 large
2. Ripe avocado, cut into 6 slices - 1
3. Ball of fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced - 1 large
4. Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling - 1 large
5. Balsamic Vinegar - 1 large
6. Coarse sea salt - 1 large
7. Freshly ground pepper - 1 large

How to cook deliciously - Insalata Tricolore

1. Stage

Arrange tomato slices on a serving platter. Lay 1 avocado slice on top of each tomato, and top with fresh mozzarella. Drizzle olive oil, then balsamic vinegar over the tops, and season with salt and pepper.
