3. Potatoes, peeled and diced - 6
4. Yellow onions, sliced - 4 medium
5. Water - 1 ½ cups
6. Beef bouillon cubes - 2
7. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil. Cook stew meat until browned on all side, 5 to 10 minutes.
