Ingredients for - Cranberry-Kale Salad

1. Coarsely chopped kale, stems removed - 3 cups
2. Red onion, quartered and sliced - ½ small
3. Cranberries - ½ cup
4. Chopped walnuts (Optional) - ⅛ cup
5. Sunflower seeds (Optional) - ⅛ cup
6. Goat cheese - ¼ cup
7. Raspberry salad dressing - 3 tablespoons
8. Balsamic vinegar (Optional) - 1 dash
9. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 dash

How to cook deliciously - Cranberry-Kale Salad

1. Stage

Combine kale, onions, cranberries, walnuts, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl. Crumble goat cheese and add to salad. Add raspberry dressing and balsamic vinegar to the bowl and toss gently to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
