1. Chipotle mayonnaise - ¼ cup
2. Low-fat sour cream - ¼ cup
3. Chipotle flakes - 1 teaspoon
4. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch
5. Avocado - peeled, pitted, and mashed - 1 small
6. Lime, juiced - 1 small
7. Flour tortillas - 10
8. Cod fillets - 1 ½ pounds
9. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
10. Blackening seasoning - 2 tablespoons
11. Nonstick cooking spray - 1 serving
12. Black bean pico de gallo - 1 cup
13. Shredded coleslaw mix - 1 (14 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Blackened Cod Fish Tacos

1. Stage

Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, chipotle flakes, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. Add mashed avocado and lime juice and stir until well blended. Place in the refrigerator until tacos are ready to be assembled.

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil.

Rub fish in olive oil, then sprinkle with blackening seasoning and rub until covered.
