1. Linguine pasta 14 ounces
2. Extra-virgin olive oil ½ cup
3. Garlic, minced 1 clove
4. Anchovy paste 1 tablespoon
5. Capers 1 tablespoon
6. Caper juice 1 teaspoon
7. Tomatoes - peeled, seeded, and chopped 1 pound
8. Pitted black olives, chopped 12
9. Oregano 1 teaspoon
10. White sugar 1 pinch
11. Chopped fresh basil 2 tablespoons
12. Parsley 1 teaspoon
13. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Island Style Linguine

1 . Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook linguine at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes; drain.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Cook and stir garlic in hot oil until fragrant and golden, 3 to 5 minutes. Gently stir anchovy paste, capers, and caper juice into oil.
