3. Plain low-fat yogurt - 2 tablespoons
4. Chopped celery - 1 cup
5. Capers - 2 tablespoons
6. Ground black pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
7. Lettuce - 8 leaves

How to cook deliciously - Salmon Salad

1. Stage

Crumble salmon into a 1-quart bowl, removing any bones or skin.
