2. Honey - 3 tablespoons
3. Dijon mustard - 3 tablespoons
4. Soy sauce - 2 ½ tablespoons
5. Crushed garlic - 1 tablespoon
6. Bread crumbs, or as needed - 3 cups
7. Salt - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
9. Vegetable oil for frying - 1 teaspoon
10. Boneless chicken breast halves, pounded very thin - 12
11. Lemon, cut into wedges - 1

1. Stage

Whisk eggs, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and garlic together in a bowl. Mix bread crumbs, salt, and pepper together in a shallow bowl.

Heat 1/2 to 1 inch of vegetable oil in a heavy skillet to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). You can also use a deep fryer.
