1. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Ground turkey - 1 pound
3. Cooking spray - 1 pound
4. Low sodium tomato soup - 2 (10.75 ounce) cans
5. Kidney beans, drained - 2 (15 ounce) cans
6. Black beans, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
7. Onion, chopped - ½ medium
8. Chili powder - 2 tablespoons
9. Garlic powder - ½ tablespoon
10. Ground cumin - ½ tablespoon
11. Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
12. Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
13. Ground allspice - 1 pinch
14. Salt to taste - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Laura's Quick Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

1. Stage

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place turkey in the skillet, and cook until evenly brown; drain.

2. Stage

Coat the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray, and mix in turkey, tomato soup, kidney beans, black beans, and onion. Season with chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, red pepper flakes, black pepper, allspice, and salt.

Cover, and cook on Low for 8 hours, or on High for 4 hours. Melissa Goff
