2. Low-sodium soy sauce - ⅓ cup
3. Honey powder (such as Savory Spice®) - 2 tablespoons
4. Minced fresh ginger - 2 tablespoons
5. Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
6. Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
7. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
8. Red pepper flakes - 1 pinch
9. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
10. Skirt steak, thinly sliced on the diagonal - 1 pound
11. Salt - ½ teaspoon
12. Frozen stir-fry vegetables - 2 (14.5 ounce) packages

How to cook deliciously - Ginger Beef Stir-Fry

1. Stage

Mix vegetable broth, soy sauce, honey powder, ginger, sesame oil, cornstarch, garlic, and red pepper flakes together in a small bowl.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok until simmering. Add skirt steak, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Add stir-fry vegetables. Pour in sauce mixture. Cook until vegetables are heated through, about 5 minutes.
