1. Whole cooked chicken, de-boned and meat cubed - 1 whole
2. Chicken broth - 4 cups
3. Beef broth - 2 cups
4. Stewed tomatoes, chopped - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
5. Onion, chopped - 1
6. Chopped green chilies - 1 (4 ounce) can
7. Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
8. Ground cumin - 1 tablespoon
9. Garlic, chopped - 1 clove
10. Chili powder, or to taste - 1 pinch
11. Corn tortillas, torn, or more to taste - 1 (6 inch)

1. Stage

Combine chicken meat, chicken broth, beef broth, tomatoes, onion, green chiles, oil, cumin, garlic, and chili powder together in a stockpot; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until flavors have blended, at least 1 hour. Add tortillas just before serving.
