4. Garlic - 3 clove
5. Rosemary - 1 twig

How to cook deliciously - Boiled pork at home

1. Stage

Cut off excess films from meat and wipe dry. Rub it with pepper and salt, and then leave it.

Grind ginger, rosemary and garlic, and mix them with mustard. Lubricate the meat with the resulting mixture. After that we pack it in a bag and send it overnight to the refrigerator.

After pulling out the meat, wrap it in foil in several layers. Place on a baking tray, and then in a preheated oven, the temperature is about 200 degrees. The time it takes to cook is calculated depending on the mass of meat.
