1. Olive oil 6 tablespoons
2. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
3. Ground red pepper ½ teaspoon
4. Navy beans, drained and rinsed 1 (15 ounce) can
5. Marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered 1 (14 ounce) can
6. Freshly ground black pepper ½ teaspoon
7. Salt to taste ½ teaspoon
8. Grated Romano cheese ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Sauteed Navy Beans and Artichokes

1 . Stage

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the garlic, season with red pepper, and cook about 1 minute. Mix in beans, and continue to cook and stir until slightly crisp. Mix in artichoke hearts, and cook 2 minutes. Season with freshly ground black pepper and salt. Top with Romano cheese to serve.
