1. Buffalo mozzarella, thinly sliced 1 (8 ounce) package
2. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
3. Lemon, juiced 1
4. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 1 pinch
5. Garlic, crushed 1 clove
6. Small fresh black figs, halved lengthwise 8
7. Fresh mint, finely chopped 4 leaves

How to cook deliciously - Mozzarella and Fresh Fig Salad

1 . Stage

Combine mozzarella cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a resealable plastic bag. Seal and refrigerate for 2 hours. Turn mozzarella a few times in the marinade.

2 . Stage

Arrange mozzarella and figs on a serving plate and drizzle with marinade. Sprinkle fresh mint on top.
