Ingredients for - Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

1. Linguine pasta 1 (8 ounce) package
2. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
3. Garlic, minced 6 cloves
4. Chicken broth ½ cup
5. White wine ¼ cup
6. Lemon, juiced 1
7. Lemon zest ½ teaspoon
8. Salt to taste ½ teaspoon
9. Freshly ground black pepper 2 teaspoons
10. Fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 pound
11. Butter ¼ cup
12. Chopped fresh parsley 3 tablespoons
13. Chopped fresh basil 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

1 . Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add linguine, and cook for 9 to 13 minutes or until al dente; drain.

2 . Stage

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, and saute garlic about 1 minute. Mix in chicken broth, wine, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat, and simmer until liquid is reduced by about 1/2.

3 . Stage

Mix shrimp, butter, parsley, and basil into the saucepan. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, until shrimp is opaque. Stir in the cooked linguine, and continue cooking 2 minutes, until well coated.
