Ingredients for - Mexican Pasta

1. Seashell pasta - ½ pound
2. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
3. Onions, chopped - 2
4. Green bell pepper, chopped - 1
5. Sweet corn kernels - ½ cup
6. Black beans, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
7. Peeled and diced tomatoes - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
8. Salsa - ¼ cup
9. Sliced black olives - ¼ cup
10. Taco seasoning mix - 1 ½ tablespoons
11. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 ½ tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Mexican Pasta

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

2. Stage

While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Cook onions and bell pepper in oil until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.

3. Stage

Stir in corn and heat through. Stir in black beans, tomatoes, salsa, olives, seasoning mix, and salt and pepper and cook until thoroughly heated, about 5 minutes.

4. Stage

Toss sauce with cooked pasta and serve.
