Ingredients for - Mexican Pasta

1. Seashell pasta ½ pound
2. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
3. Onions, chopped 2
4. Green bell pepper, chopped 1
5. Sweet corn kernels ½ cup
6. Black beans, drained 1 (15 ounce) can
7. Peeled and diced tomatoes 1 (14.5 ounce) can
8. Salsa ¼ cup
9. Sliced black olives ¼ cup
10. Taco seasoning mix 1 ½ tablespoons
11. Salt and pepper to taste 1 ½ tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Mexican Pasta

1 . Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

2 . Stage

While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Cook onions and bell pepper in oil until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.

3 . Stage

Stir in corn and heat through. Stir in black beans, tomatoes, salsa, olives, seasoning mix, and salt and pepper and cook until thoroughly heated, about 5 minutes.

4 . Stage

Toss sauce with cooked pasta and serve.
