4. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
5. Corn tortillas - 4 (6 inch)
6. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 ounces
7. Sour cream - 8 tablespoons
8. Roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped - 2
9. Green onion, chopped - 2
10. Diced green chiles, drained - 1 (4 ounce) can
11. Avocado, diced - ½
12. Black olives, sliced - 1 tablespoon
