How to cook deliciously - Bird cherry cookies
1. Stage
Most of the recipes I've seen suggest a 1:4 ratio of bird cherry to wheat flour. I, on the other hand, liked the 1:5 option better - that's what's accounted for in the ingredients. But I'm always in favor of experimentation and variety of flavors - find your perfect ratio!
2. Stage
Mix melted butter with sugar and sour cream. In the resulting mass add both kinds of flour and salt. Mix everything. When kneading I used 150 grams of sour cream, but at the end I wanted to add another 3 tbsp. Add baking soda.

Form the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet (parchment is optional).

Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
