1. Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed 2 ½ pounds
2. Milk ½ cup
3. Crumbled feta cheese 1 (4 ounce) package
4. Butter 2 tablespoons
5. Garlic, minced 3 cloves
6. Dried oregano ½ teaspoon
7. Dried rosemary ½ teaspoon
8. Salt and ground black pepper to taste ½ teaspoon

1 . Stage

Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.

Mash potatoes with a potato masher until smooth. Stir in milk, feta, butter, garlic, oregano, and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.
