1. Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed - 2 ½ pounds
2. Milk - ½ cup
3. Crumbled feta cheese - 1 (4 ounce) package
4. Butter - 2 tablespoons
5. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
6. Dried oregano - ½ teaspoon
7. Dried rosemary - ½ teaspoon
8. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon

1. Stage

Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.
