3. Shredded Cheddar cheese - ½ cup
4. Milk - ½ cup
5. Dried parsley - 1 teaspoon
6. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
7. Seasoned salt - ½ teaspoon
8. Onion Powder - ½ teaspoon
9. Avocado, diced - 1 medium
10. Lime juice - 1 teaspoon
11. Garlic powder - 1 pinch
12. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch
13. Salsa, or to taste - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Turkey Omelet with Avocado Mash

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square casserole dish.

Mix turkey, eggs, Cheddar cheese, milk, parsley, pepper, seasoned salt, and onion powder together in a bowl and pour into the prepared casserole dish.
