Ingredients for - Spinach Salad II

1. Eggs - 4
2. Bacon - 8 slices
3. Fresh spinach - 1 (10 ounce) package
4. Onion, chopped - 1 small
5. Vegetable oil - 6 tablespoons
6. Lemon juice - 3 tablespoons
7. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
8. Salt and pepper to taste - 2 cloves

How to cook deliciously - Spinach Salad II

1. Stage

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil; cover, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and chop.

2. Stage

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.

3. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the eggs, bacon, spinach and onion.

4. Stage

In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, garlic and salt and pepper. Pour over salad and toss well to coat.
