2. Soy sauce 1 cup
3. Pineapple juice (Optional) ½ cup
4. Water ½ cup
5. Vegetable oil ¼ cup
6. Garlic cloves, chopped 3 large
7. Boneless round steak, cut into 1/4-inch slices 4 pounds
8. Bamboo skewers, soaked in water 4 pounds

1 . Stage

Whisk brown sugar, soy sauce, pineapple juice, water, vegetable oil, and garlic together in a large bowl; drop beef slices into the mixture and stir to coat. Cover bowl with plastic wrap.
