Ingredients for - Sweet Teriyaki Beef Skewers

1. Light brown sugar - 1 ½ cups
2. Soy sauce - 1 cup
3. Pineapple juice (Optional) - ½ cup
4. Water - ½ cup
5. Vegetable oil - ¼ cup
6. Garlic cloves, chopped - 3 large
7. Boneless round steak, cut into 1/4-inch slices - 4 pounds
8. Bamboo skewers, soaked in water - 4 pounds

How to cook deliciously - Sweet Teriyaki Beef Skewers

1. Stage

Whisk brown sugar, soy sauce, pineapple juice, water, vegetable oil, and garlic together in a large bowl; drop beef slices into the mixture and stir to coat. Cover bowl with plastic wrap.

Marinate beef in refrigerator for 24 hours.

Remove beef from the marinade, shaking to remove any excess liquid. Discard marinade.

Thread beef slices in a zig-zag onto the skewers.
