1. Green mangoes - peeled, pitted, and cut into matchsticks - 1 pound

3. Ripe avocado, peeled and cut into wedges - 1 large
4. Chopped dry-roasted peanuts - 2 tablespoons
5. Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
6. White sugar - 1 tablespoon
7. Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
8. Thai pepper sauce - 1 teaspoon
9. Garlic - 1 clove

1. Stage

Mix mangoes, onion, avocado, and peanuts together in a large bowl.
