Cooking
1 . Stage
If you decide to make a pie with a filling of pickled onions, the first thing to do is to pickle the onions. Cut the onion into half rings, add spices and oil, and knead a little. I marinated onions for 24 hours in the refrigerator. If you pre-scald the sliced onions with boiling water, you can use when the dough is ready.

Grind thyme and saffron.

Knead the dough. The bread maker helps me. After kneading you should get such a beautiful kolobok. We leave the dough to rise.

Let's make the second filling. Chop greens, pickles, squeeze garlic with a garlic crusher. Mix ricotta, sour cream, herbs, garlic, cucumbers, add lemon juice and most importantly, don't eat it!!! Try for salt. The saltiness of the cucumbers was enough for me.

The dough is ready. We take it out. Lightly knead and divide into two parts.

Roll out a circle of dough and put it in a mold. I took pizza molds.

For the onion pie, I rolled out a rectangle, trimmed off the excess, and used the scraps for the top netting. Drain the marinade off the onions so the dough doesn't get soggy.

Turn on the oven to 180*. Cover strips of dough with onion filling. Let the pie stand for about 30 minutes. I had a sudden power outage and the pies stood for about an hour... Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.

9 . Stage
Lay out the second filling. Spread evenly. Bake for about 30 minutes. Referring to your oven.
