Ingredients for - Ramos Gin Fizz

1. Ice - 1 ½ cups
2. Gin - 2 fluid ounces
3. Cold half-and-half - 2 fluid ounces
4. Lemon juice - ½ fluid ounce
5. Lime juice - ½ fluid ounce
6. White sugar - 2 teaspoons
7. Egg white - 1
8. Orange flower water - 3 dashes
9. Vanilla extract (Optional) - 1 dash
10. Cold club soda, or as needed - 1 fluid ounce

How to cook deliciously - Ramos Gin Fizz

1. Stage

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in gin, half-and-half, lemon juice, and lime juice. Add sugar, egg white, orange-flower water, and vanilla extract. Shake vigorously; rest a second, then shake a little more. Strain into a tall cocktail glass. Top off with club soda.
