7. Warm water 1 cup
8. Active dry yeast 2 tablespoons
9. Serrano pepper, halved, seeded and stemmed 1 medium
10. Unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly ½ cup
11. Eggs, beaten slightly 3 large
12. Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon

1 . Stage

Combine 5 cups flour, 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar, Romano cheese, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl; stir well and set aside.
